Once you place an order you cannot cancel it.

Return & exchange items

MOZMOL.COM is dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service. If you find any of your received items to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide you with replacement or repair service for up to 14 days after you received the items. Beyond two weeks of receipt of the goods we cannot replace any damaged items.

We do not accept any unwanted, unopened and size return or exchanges.

*You must follow these steps before you return or exchange.

You will hear from us soon then as we will give you directions for you to return the items you wish to return/exchange to MOZMOL.COM .

For exchanges, we will ship to you as soon as we get your packages.

Refunds will be made after we receive packages from you.
