Delivery time

We take maximum 3 working days to get your items gathered in MOZMOL.COM. And after we got all the items you ordered we'll immediately ship items to you. We expect it to take a maximum 14 working days to deliver to you once Items are in our office MOZMOL.COM. Exception 1. Handmade shoes will take 7 more working days. Suppliers will make shoes after items are ordered. 2. If your packages are held by customs, the local Customs authorities will inform you at your address. You can track your recent orders to click track packages

Customs and Tax

MOZMOL.COM cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We're not responsible for any required Taxes at point of delivery or rejection of packages by local postal authorities. This also means that if customs reject the packages we do not refund your payment. You have to contact your local custom office for information.

Shipment fee

Your shipment fee includes the weight of the box and wrapping. All the weight of the items is approximately measured. If we have any money left over from your shipment payment, we will either refund it to you or deposit to your MOZMOL account. If it is more than $3.00, we will refund you. If less than $3.00, we will deposit to your MOZMOL.COM account as a point value. 100 points value as $1.00. If your shipment payment is insufficient, we will have to ask you to pay the rest or we will cover the rest of it. It will depend on how much you spend on the current purchase, not on the history of your previous purchases. When you spend over 400 dollars on 2 or more items MOZMOL.COM can put your items in separate box and send them separately. In this case we do not ask extra shipping charges. We do not make any profit on your shipment fee. If your package is over 10 Kg, it will be automatically charged US$2.00 by every 500g. (1kg=2.205Ibs , 1kg=35.273oz)
